1. Information we collect

• Account information: email address, display name, and profile image URL as provided when you sign in with Apple, Google, or an email magic link.
• Profile information: the display name, avatar, language, and timezone you set in the app.
• Photos and related metadata: the photos you capture or upload within the Service, capture time, device model, image orientation, and image size. We do not collect GPS location.
• Album information: the name of the albums you create or join, participants, invite tokens, and your reveal-timing preferences.
• Device information: push notification token, platform (iOS / Android), app version, OS version, and last-active timestamp.
• Purchase information: records of purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing (transaction ID, product ID, purchase time, receipt). We do not collect or store credit-card numbers.
• Support information: the content you provide when you contact us.

2. How we use information

• Operate the Service, sign you in, and manage your account
• Run the album-creation, participation, and reveal-notification features
• Process purchases and payments
• Respond to support requests and investigate issues
• Enforce our Terms of Service
• Send important service announcements

3. Service providers we share data with

We rely on the following providers to process data on our behalf. We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

• Convex (Convex, Inc., United States) — backend and storage
• Apple Inc. — Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, and APNs push delivery
• Google LLC — Google sign-in, Google Play purchases, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (when Android ships)
• Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery (sign-in links and system notices)

Except where required by law or where necessary to protect life, safety, or property, we do not disclose your information to third parties without your consent.

4. Capabilities we may add in the future

We may add the following to improve the Service. If we do, we will update this Policy and notify you before the change takes effect.

• Product-analytics or performance-monitoring tools
• Crash reporting
• Marketing emails (with an opt-out)

5. Retention and deletion

You can request account deletion from within the Service. We will delete your account and the associated data within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention, where retention is necessary to investigate abuse, or where retention is required for accounting or tax purposes.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you how we use your data, or disclose, correct, add to, or delete the data we hold about you
• Stop using or stop sharing your data with our service providers
• Close your account

7. Security

We use reasonable measures — encrypted transport, access controls, and operational safeguards — to protect personal information against loss, leakage, and unauthorized access.

8. Cookies and tracking

We currently do not run advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID). The marketing website at poicamera.com does not load third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this Policy and notify you beforehand.

9. Minors

If a minor uses the Service, they must do so with the consent of a parent or guardian.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the law or the Service changes. For material changes, we will provide notice within the Service or on our website before they take effect.
